The Court overseeing the Par 5 Resort receivership has approved Receiver&rsquos sale motion and a notice of Sale Motion.
The Receiver has established an Auction date of 10 AM November 8th
Interested Parties are encouraged to submit a qualified bid before the Auction using the Court Approved Contract located in the Links Capital Advisors Dataroom. If such a bid is deemed satisfactory, the highest and best bidder will then be considered a Stalking Horse bidder with all the benefits that come with that designation (mutually agreed upon bid protection and a break-up fee).
Buyers also have the option of attending the Auction in person on November 8th and bidding on the assets at that time. If no bids are submitted before the Auction the Receiver will Auction the property to the highest bidder at that time, subject to approval by the lender and the court.
Par 5 Resort is a high end golf resort located in Northern Wisconsin just 35 minutes from Green Bay. Par 5 Resort features: 2 golf courses, Fox Creek - 27 holes and The National - 18 holes, a 102 room independent hotel with indoor pool/jacuzzi and fitness center, a 19,714 square foot conference center and a separate 11,400 square foot restaurant.
